Shipping policy
We ship our products within 2-3 days of receiving your order. We try our best to ensure that any breakable items are properly packaged to avoid any damage in the shipping process. However, if you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of the item in the package along with the damage that was incurred within 24 hours of receiving. We will issue a refund as quickly as possible. Processing will take at least two business days. Refunds are not made on the weekends.
We only issue refunds for damaged items or incorrect sizes on clothing. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A refund or exchange will be issued once item is received.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
