Discretion presents herself with dignity
in choice of words,
display in actions,
and physical Stature.
She is neither ashamed of,
nor hides her talents or beauty,
yet refuses to reveal them to
minds not deserving of them.
Her will does not waver
when smaller minds mockingly scoff and laugh.
This Judgment of Conscience is her specialty.
Her prowess discriminates the good from the bad.
Respect and honor are hers.
She validates dignity
and exemplifies decency.
She can discern true benefit in every circumstance.
Knowing the best move to make,
the right words to speak,
and the dignified action to take.
A lack of Discretion leads to self-destruction.
Allowing us to either fall short of our possibilities,
or fall prey to excess and obsession.
Her abilities protect us from worldly snares and deceptions,
giving us power to choose with honorable intention.
